Midlands based property group, Godwin Developments, have confirmed that they are relocating their Nottingham HQ to Castlebridge Office Village in Castle Marina, Nottingham as they plan to expand their established property team to keep pace with their ongoing expansion.
The confirmation that Godwin have taken Castlebridge Office Village follows the opening of their Birmingham Office on Colmore Row which opened in November 2016.
Godwin Developments was formed by brothers, Stephen and Stuart Pratt, in 2003 with the duo specialising mainly in large mixed use schemes, PRS sites and roadside retail developments across the UK.
The 1,500ft² office building at Castlebridge has recently been refurbished by Private Clients of FHP and it is planned that following recruitment that Godwin will have 14 staff based at the office.
Stephen Pratt of Godwin Developments confirmed:-
“We are in the process of recruiting a number of key team members who will help with the project management and implementation of our development programme which after years of evolution is finally coming to fruition.
We have a number of high profile developments in the midlands which we will be unveiling over the coming months and we were looking for a good quality operations office in Central Nottingham to help us fulfil our growth.
The offices at Castle Marina have been refurbished to a high standard, offer excellent onsite car parking and fitted the bill”.
Godwin are the latest Tenants to take space at Castlebridge joining Sumo Digital, Taylor Maxwell and Fat Free Media who have all moved into the offices over the past 12 months following the relocation of Instant Cash Loans who previously occupied the property.
