A regional supplier of external wall insulation products has opened a new branch in Bristol.
Amaroc Limited has taken 4,480 sq ft of industrial space at Unit 5 Axis on Hawkfield Business Park in south Bristol.
The deal was completed by the Bristol office of Cushman & Wakefield and Burston Cook on behalf of the Peer Group plc.
Dedicated to supplying external wall insulation products to trade, Amaroc was set up in 2012 and now has branches in Swindon, Newquay and Bristol.
The letting of Unit 5 caps off a successful 12 months at Axis in which five new tenants have taken occupation within a total of 25,000 sq ft of space.
Philip Cranstone, Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial team commented: “Axis has attracted a diverse range of both national and local occupiers, and we are delighted to have agreed this latest letting to Amaroc which continues the recent success of the park.”
Charlie Kershaw, Associate Director at Burston Cook added: “Our client recognised the benefit of investing in their buildings to attract tenants, and this continued investment into Axis has been reflected in the excellent results we have achieved within a short period.”
Ryan Compton of Peer Group plc concluded: “Peer Group have been delighted with the level of interest that the market has had in our industrial estate in south Bristol, and we are pleased that our continued investment has proved beneficial.”
