Jake Kelly, managing director of East Midlands Trains, will take to the stage at the Nottingham City Business Club’s February lunch to share with guests the company’s visions for the region.
The Nottingham City Business Lunch will take place on Friday 17 February at the Park Plaza Hotel, on Maid Marian Way, Nottingham.
Jake Kelly returned to East Midlands Trains in the role of managing director in February 2015, after working as development director for the South West Trains-Network Alliance, which operates the UK’s busiest commuter rail network.
He previously worked at East Midlands Trains as customer service director from 2007 to 2010.
Jake will be speaking to members about the steps East Midlands Trains takes to help fellow businesses in the area to grow.
“East Midlands Trains is such a large and influential business in the region, so we are delighted to welcome Jake as the guest speaker for our February event,” said James Simmonds, president of the Nottingham City Business Club.
“We are excited to hear all about the company’s plans for 2017 and what they have in store for their work in the local area. This will hopefully also benefit fellow businesses in Nottingham over the next year.”
The event will take place at the Park Plaza Hotel, on Maid Marian Way, Nottingham. Registration will start at 11:45am, with lunch served at 12:30pm. Speaking will begin at 1:40pm. Tickets cost £23.50 for members and £37.50 for non members.
