The country’s largest mechanical, electrical and public health engineers, Hoare Lea, have relocated from their existing offices at 140 Aztec West to 155 Aztec West in what is one of the largest lettings in North Bristol this year.
Hoare Lea moved in following a comprehensive refurbishment and extension project being undertaken by the landlord, COIF Charities Property Fund. The two storey detached office building will provide a leading edge working environment incorporating the latest lighting and ventilation system.
Hoare Lea has acquired the entire building, totalling 20,356 sq ft, on a new 15 year lease at a commencing rental equating to £19.00 per sq ft.
Chris Grazier of letting agents, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP said: “A letting to a covenant of Hoare Lea’s quality and for a term of 15 years was very attractive to my client, creating a secure investment in what is one of the largest lettings this year in North Bristol.”
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised the landlord, COIF Charities Property Fund represented by Metris LLP and JLL’s Bristol office advised Hoare Lea.
