Harris Lamb has started 2017 with a long-term letting of a 30,000 sqft industrial unit in Oldbury to Dutch manufacturing and distribution business, Atami.
Atami specialises in the production, distribution and sales of minerals, fertilizers and substrates for the horticulture industry and has taken on the newly refurbished unit at the Junction 2 Industrial Estate off Demuth Way.
Neil Slade, Director in Harris Lamb’s Agency team, said: “We are delighted to have overseen the letting of this refurbished unit on behalf of Logicor to Atami. It’s no secret that good quality warehouse stock within the Black Country is in high demand and that with a lack of new industrial stock in the region, units that are refurbished to a high standard are particularly desirable.”
Richard Phillips, Portfolio Director, UK, Logicor, said: “I am delighted to welcome Atami as a tenant to the Logicor Oldbury estate. The estate is well located at the foot of Junction 2 of the M5, providing excellent access to the UK motorway network. It is a prime location for businesses looking to establish a central hub for local, regional or national operations.”
Only two vacant units remain at the 145,000 sqft Logicor Oldbury estate: one 20,000 sqft warehouse and one 40,000 sqft warehouse. Both units are fully refurbished and available for quick occupation.
