Sibbett Gregory have acted for self-storage clients, Store & Secure Ltd, to acquire a new outlet in Basingstoke.
Following a comprehensive search, Sibbett Gregory identified a 30,000 sq ft industrial building at Houndmills Estate which is prominently situated amongst a range of trade and dealership uses.
Sibbett Gregory’s service included lease negotiations, securing planning consent for change of use and obtaining landlord’s consent for tenant alterations and monitoring works.
