Acting on behalf of the landlord, Goadsby have advised upon the renewal of the lease at 107 East Street, Southampton.
The tenant, trading as Roux Jewellers, has committed to a new 5 year lease which will bring their stay beyond the completion of the proposed redevelopment of the East Street Shopping Centre, with a flagship Morrison’s supermarket in 2014.
