Bruton Knowles’ charities sector specialist Paul Williams will be among guest speakers at the Charities Facilities Management Group conference at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in Savoy Place in Central London on Tuesday January 31.
The Charities Facilities Management Group is a network for people who look after property and facilities management in the voluntary sector, aimed at helping charities get the best from their facilities management to help them focus on their mission and delivery.
Paul, who is based at Bruton Knowles’ Bristol office, advises charities on how they can make the most of their land and property assets, managing property, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including the provisions of the Charities Act 2011.
Paul has acted for a variety of local and national charities including the Royal British Legion, Bristol Zoo, Cats Protection, Quartet Community Foundation and the West of England Baptist Association, advising on a range of matters from Charities Acts Section 119 reports, to valuations and strategic property advice, to help charities make the best use of their property assets.
