Local commercial property developer, Knight Property Group, are pushing ahead their investment within the North East with the development of Kingshill Commercial Park in Westhill.
With a development spend of £5million, the construction of units 1 and 2 is creating work for 100 local sub-contractors and suppliers for 9 months.

The Westhill development gained significant interest in Q2 last year with the signing of three long term leases on units 2, 3 and 4.
Leasing agent and Director at Savills, Dan Smith comments “Leasing units 1, 3 and 4 at Kingshill Commercial Park on a long-term basis really shows the appetite and confidence of businesses to both invest and expand in the city. The current interest in the park highlights that there is a need for high quality new industrial units within Westhill.”
Kingshill Park and Prospect Park, both owned and developed by Knight Property Group are neighbouring developments to Kingshill Commercial Park. The three developments see a range of tenants from oil and gas specialists to home builders and serviced office provider BlueSky Business Space.
