Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tim Harrison as a Partner to its Rating team, based in Birmingham.
Tim will be focused on business development in particular in cumulo type valuations using the Receipts and Expenditure method of valuation and rating technical support.
He joins from Telereal Trillium where he led the rating team, providing advice to a number of large corporate clients. In addition to advising occupiers generally on rating matters, Tim specialises in Receipts & Expenditure valuations having dealt with various cumulo assessments on behalf of clients such as BT, Virgin Media and Affinity Water.
