Knight Frank has appointed several new agents/staff as part of a strategic expansion to its Capital Markets business. The new team based in Paris, led by Department Head and Partner Vincent Bollaert, has been established around two key areas:
– Office Investment, lead by Matthieu Garreaud in collaboration with Julien Brunet, Ludovic Mas and Dimitri Philippon
– Retail Investment, lead by Antoine Grignon, alongside Benjamin Sebban and Nicolas Coquet
With 14,000 employees spread throughout 411 offices in 59 countries, this team will benefit from both the support of the cross border teams and its global coverage.
OFFICE TEAM
Matthieu Garreaud will be responsible for the Office Investment team within Knight Frank’s Paris office. He is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur and ESSEC where he received a Masters in Real Estate Management. Having worked for 6 years at Atis Real Auguste Thouard and BNP Paribas Real Estate within the Sales Occupier department, he continued for nearly 10 years at DTZ where he established the department for Office Sales, before directing the Capital Markets team.
Ludovic Mas joined Knight Frank as an Associate in September 2016. A graduate of Paris Dauphine and EM Lyon, he notably spent 7 years at General Electric Real Estate (in finance and acquisition), 3 years at Cushman and Wakefield before joining KPMG Corporate Finance.
Julien Brunet joined Knight Frank as Partner, having graduated from EDC with a Masters in real estate engineering from the University of Paris X Nanterre. He worked successively for Damier Consulting, DTZ, and Catella Property for nearly 7 years as Deal Leader within the Capital Markets department, where he also created a business line for small and medium-sized investments.
Dimitri Philippon joined the Knight Frank Capital Markets team in January 2016 as an Associate. He was previously director of the PMS (small and medium-sized surfaces) team in the Office department. A graduate of ESPI, he started his professional career at Credit Agricole Real Estate.
RETAIL TEAM
Antoine Grignon joined Knight Frank in May 2016 as director of the Capital Markets Retail team, where he leads both the Letting and Investment teams. He began his career in 2003 at Cushman & Wakefield as an Investment Consultant before becoming a partner in 2011, and then Head of Retail Capital Markets in 2014.
Benjamin Sebban became Associate within the KF Retail team after 6 years of experience, with 3 years as a commercial consultant at Cushman & Wakefield. He holds a Masters in management from University of Paris-Dauphine as well as a Masters in Executive Real Estate Finance.
Nicolas Coquet joined the Capital Markets team at Knight Frank in November 2014 as an Associate. An ex Equity Partner of The Retail Consulting Group (RCG), his commercial real estate experience spans over 15 years.
