Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office have sold a 1.1 acre site on the St Peter’s Road Industrial Estate in Huntingdon for just over £400,000.
The site, which is located to the rear of the Bridge Centre Trade Park Scheme, has been acquired by Peterborough based company, Andrew’s Building Supplies and will be developed as a new building and trade supplies unit.
Alan Matthews of Barker Storey Matthews who negotiated the sale commented “this is an ideal site for this type of use being situated just to the rear of a highly successful trade counter development. We have seen a significant upturn in interest in the site throughout this year and had a number of offers prior to agreeing terms with Andrew’s.
