Acting on behalf of Regus, the Office Agency team at CBRE in Leeds has acquired a 7,454 sq ft office suite for the serviced office provider at The Waterfront in Shipley, Bradford. The landlord Sisu Mills Limited was represented by the Leeds offices of GVA and JLL.
Regus has confirmed a fit out is planned for early this year in preparation for a Q2 opening. The site will house almost 90 workstations and offer a range of options for businesses and professionals including co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms and several offices of varying sizes.
Regus expects demand from local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers, as well as national companies opening satellite offices and establishing a footprint in the local area.
The Waterfront is located in the historic town of Shipley on the banks of the Leeds to Liverpool Canal. It comprises a modern, 4 storey office building built in a traditional mill style to complement its historic surroundings being adjacent to the local landmark Salts Mill.
Shipley benefits from good proximity to local cities being 4 miles from Bradford and 12 miles from Leeds. A train service to both Leeds and Bradford runs every 15 minutes from Shipley or Saltaire stations and is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
