Barker Storey Matthews Peterborough office has pre-let a new trade counter unit at Brookfield Park, Werrington, Peterborough to Screwfix.
The unit is part of a new trade/warehouse scheme which was granted planning consent on 22 December 2016. Three new units are to be constructed on Brookfield Park, Lincoln Road, Werrington, Peterborough, fronting the A15 truck road. Screwfix have committed to take unit 1 of some 4,560 sq ft. Units 2 and 3 which are both 3,541 sq ft and are semi-detached can be combined into one unit of some 7,082 sq ft, remain fully available.
Screwfix who have been established at St David’s Square, Fengate, Peterborough for many years have taken this unit as a second location in Peterborough.
