Altitude Investments are very pleased to announce the arrival of Tom Vantreen, who will be based full time in the Exeter office.
Tom, who joins from JLL, brings nine years’ experience to the role, combining seven years in the south east office agency market, and two years in residential and valuation roles.
Tom’s move from London to Devon is an example of the modern day national investment agent, showing that with the right knowledge base, skill set and backing, national investments can be traded from all over the UK.
Altitude continue to grow, with three offices in Exeter, The Midlands & Central London and offer investors a one stop shop for commercial investment & Asset Management.
Altitude was founded in Exeter back in 2010, and has grown to representing various trusts, prop co.’s, Family Offices and institutions on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property investments throughout the UK. Current sales include Worcester, Chessington, Newquay, Preston & Liverpool.
Altitude also have an Asset Management arm, enabling them to deliver the add value opportunities that can be present in many investments, whilst liaising with the investments arm to keep one eye on the investment market
