SHW Agency have completed the letting of three floors of Lyndean House, Brighton to travel company 15Below.
The company already occupied one floor but have taken a total of 8,400 sq ft due to expansion.
This deal follows on from previous SHW successes with Lyndean House, including a obtaining a change of use for the ground floor for Sainsbury’s – see http://www.commercialnewsmedia.com/archives/46719
