The East Midlands’ arm of leading property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) has appointed experienced Chartered Surveyor Stuart Waite to join its transactional team as a Partner based in the firms Nottingham office, which opened for business just 18 months ago
Joining CPP with immediate effect following two and a half years with Innes England, and bringing with him an ‘in-depth knowledge’ of the region, Waite has a decade’s experience as a commercial property agent; advising clients with assets across the East Midlands.
Waite specialises in the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial property on behalf of a variety of private high-net-worth individuals to major plc corporates, funds, property companies and developers, and has particular expertise in the industrial and logistics sectors.
The move further bolsters CPP’s growing Nottingham office which was officially opened in May 2015 and has experienced a successful introduction to the regional market.
In its first year of trading CPP East Midlands completed 27 deals; including the acquisition of 121,000 sq ft Industrial Investment in Swadlincote on behalf of Teesside Pension Scheme; the letting of 72,000 sq ft in Alfreton to Guilford Europe on behalf of PMW Property; the disposal of 120,000 sq ft on Glaisdale Drive to B. Taylor & Sons, and the disposal of 30,000 sq ft at Willow Farm to Workplatform Limited.
This strong performance continued in the second half of 2016.
