LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle) has let newly refurbished office space at 3 Furzeground Way, Stockley Park, west London to Havi Global Services Europe Limited (Havi).
Havi, who provides packaging services, promotional management and analytical and supply chain services, has been a tenant within the building for almost 10 years. The company has surrendered the lease on its existing 5,228 sq ft ground floor space and has signed taken a new 10-year lease at a commencing rent of £25 per sq ft on 9,252 sq ft of offices.
LaSalle acquired 3 Furzeground Way last autumn and is carrying out a rolling refurbishment of the building to provide high quality air-conditioned office space with raised floors and good on site car parking.
LaSalle now intends to fully refurbish Havi’s old suite together with an adjacent suite to provide a further 10,000 sq ft of upgraded offices
