Acting on behalf of Evans Property Group, the Retail team at CBRE Leeds, has confirmed Wrap It Up and Cycle Republic as the final tenants on Infirmary Street Parade in Leeds. The latest two deals confirm that the parade is now fully let.
Healthy fast food franchise Wrap It Up has signed a 10 year lease while Cycle Republic, Halfords’ specialist bike brand, has also signed a 10 year term. The deals continue the success of the parade following on from the recent expansion of existing tenant Pret A Manger into the adjacent unit.
Infirmary Parade, owned by Leeds based Evans Property Group, is located on Infirmary Street in the heart of Leeds City Centre. The Parade forms part of the significant £25m investment into rejuvenating the Bond Court area of Leeds, which is set to unveil a new 95 bed 5* Dakota Deluxe Hotel this year.
In addition, new restaurants will open, including Tattu and Manahatta, and the Blackhouse Grill is also set for an expansion to incorporate external seating for all year round dining. The Infirmary Parade retail units are located underneath the Capitol office building, which alongside neighbouring Minerva, has benefitted from a £10m upgrade to deliver Grade A office space.
James Fox, Director within the Retail team at CBRE Leeds, said;
“We are delighted to confirm Infirmary Street Parade is now fully let. The latest deals from three good operators, Wrap It Up, Cycle Republic and Pret A Manger, indicate the continuous strong demand for good quality retail property within Leeds City Centre and the increasing appeal of this revived area of the city.”
Alan Syers, Portfolio Director at Evans Property Group commented:
“The Bond Court development is enjoying a spin off effect into the immediate area and as a result Infirmary Parade has been identified as a sought after location and we are delighted it is now fully let to a strong mix of quality food retailers and good brand names.”
