On behalf of M7 Real Estate, BDT incorporating Woodford & Co have now let three units at The Rutherford Centre, Rutherford Road, Basingstoke.
Unit 5, The Rutherford Centre has been let to AJ Logistics, the home delivery specialists. The unit totalled 1,450 sq ft and was let on a new lease for a term of 5 years.
Unit 7 was let earlier this year to John O’Connor, a regional landscaping company. The unit totalled 2,665 sq ft.
Unit 9, 4,182 sq ft was also let in the summer to Konkord Limited again for a term of 5 years. Konkord were represented by London Clancy.
Brian Pickett of BDT incorporating Woodford & Co commented “We have had a very good interest in this estate, and we will be having a further unit coming available next year of 1,724 sq ft, for which we anticipate an early letting.”
