Barker Storey Matthews’ Huntingdon office has sold Unit 5, Warboys Industrial Estate, a detached warehouse of 28,680 sq ft, to Jaipur Furniture Ltd.
Jaipur will use the building for the storage, distribution and manufacture of high quality fine wood furniture and supply to retailers throughout the UK.
Barker Storey Matthews Director, Richard Adam, who handled the sale for the owners, commented “We were pleased to assist Jaipur Furniture Ltd with their purchase at Warboys. Their timing was good in that there are very few larger warehouses available within the area following the disposal of several similar size buildings in Huntingdon. The region is increasingly popular due to its good travel links including the now under construction A14 diversion project at Huntingdon.”
