Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 17a Station Road, New Milton to Jason Regler, who will open the retail premises as a heating and plumbing showroom, trading as ‘First Choice Heating & Gas Worcester Bosch Showroom’.
The premises comprise 229 sq ft of retail area; with a further 163 sq ft of ancillary space; and was let by way of a new lease for a term of 5 years. The quoting rent was £2,500 per annum, exclusive.

In the past 3 months we have let 3 shops in New Milton – 17 Station Road to Jayne Whitfield, 38 Station Road to Mark Morris and 17a Station Road to Jason Regler.
