Construction is due to commence at Hollygate 46 to provide a range of light industrial units to service the requirements of small to medium sized local businesses. This scheme, backed by Rushcliffe Borough Council will provide light industrial units ranging from 750 sq ft to 1,750 sq ft at the Hollygate 46 development in Cotgrave which is ideally located in the Rushcliffe area of Nottingham with excellent links to both the A52 and A46 carriageways.
