Acting on behalf of Armada Investments, Stratton Creber Commercial have let a waterfront office at Armada House, outside Topsham.
With views over the tidal flats of the River Clyst, and an easy walk to Darts Farm for lunch, the offices at Odhams Wharf are always popular. This ground floor suite of 1,065 square feet, with air conditioning and a quality modern fit-out, was no exception and has been let at a headline rent equating to just under £20 per square foot, which is well in excess of rental levels normally seen in the city.
The suite has been taken by Priddy Engineering (SW) Limited, who relocated from Woodbury in a move which represents an expansion of their Exeter office which opened a year ago.
