Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 1050 Christchurch Road, Boscombe East, Bournemouth to Slade’s Carpentry Ltd, who will open the retail premises as a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom showroom.
The premises comprise 439 sq ft of retail area, with a further 54 sq ft of ancillary space, and was let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 5 years. The quoting rent was £6,000 per annum, exclusive.
Goadsby also manage this property for our private client. Georgina Allen from the Retail Department commented, ‘I was pleased that through our Management Department and Retail Department working jointly we were able secure a new tenant for the subject premises’.
