Trebor Developments and ASK Developments Limited have selected local Wolverhampton contractor, A.M. Griffiths Construction Limited to build the next phase of the Gateway site on the Stafford Road, which will see a new style Costa Coffee drive through developed next to the Porsche Dealership.
Work on site will commence in January 2017 with completion in May 2017.
This leaves only one plot left at the Gateway Wolverhampton site which is suitable for a range of uses including roadside, restaurant, office and leisure. The highly prominent last plot is directly next to the Stafford Road and will sit next to the completed Porsche Dealership and Costa drive through.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor, on behalf of Trebor Developments/ASK Developments Ltd, commented, “It is always good to see a new development starting on site and this Costa drive through will complement the high quality of the Gateway site, sitting next to the Porsche Dealership. We do not expect the final plot to be available for long given the prominence of the site and adjoining uses”.
