Leading Midlands commercial developer, Trebor Developments and funding partner, Kay Properties (Midlands) Limited, have purchased a prominent 5 acre site, located at Kingswood Lakeside, Cannock. The site was purchased from receivers acting on behalf of Morston Lakeside Limited.
The development partnership recently announced the purchase of a site at Airfield Drive, Aldridge, to develop a speculative 55,000 sq ft industrial facility during 2017. At the Kingswood site it is proposed to develop an industrial unit of 100,000 sq ft, suitable for B1, B2 and B8 uses with development implementation in 2017 anticipated, so the unit will be ready by the end of the year.
The development will be marketed as Core.
Trebor Developments completed in 2015 the Cannock Gateway Retail Park, which is located close to Site E, Kingswood Lakeside and has traded extremely well since its opening.
