JLL Scotland has awarded a top commercial property prize to a Heriot-Watt University graduate for her exceptional academic performance.
Eve Lewis, who graduated from Heriot-Watt this year with distinction, was judged as the best performing post-graduate student in the MSc Real Estate Management & Development degree during the 2015/16 course. With over fifty years of activity across Scotland, JLL first awarded the prize in 2007.
Alasdair Humphery, JLL Scotland’s Lead Director, awarded Ms Lewis with a cheque for £250 in recognition of her exceptional course work and dissertation. A former student at Heriot Watt’s School of the Built Environment (now School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure & Society), Humphery graduated in 1986 before embarking on a career in commercial property.
Alasdair Humphery said: “Each year we take great pleasure in recognising the exceptional talent being produced at Heriot Watt University, which has educated a great number of Scotland’s leading commercial property professionals. Eve’s award is a culmination of her hard work and determination. We wish her good luck in her next steps, be they academic or professional.”
