The latest phase of development at a Westbury business centre has proved so popular that the final unit has been let.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of Unit 20 at Phase III of Oakfield Business Centre on the Northacre Industrial Park.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “This popular development has very quickly been fully let during the last few months.
“Westbury continues to be a hugely popular area for industrial occupiers seeking suitable accommodation.
“Situated on the edge of the West Wiltshire Downs, the town is a thriving location for business, under the eye of the famous White Horse.”
The letting of Unit 20 to Brotherhood Brewery Ltd follows that of Unit 18/19 to Cult Status Cars, Unit 23 to SWS Engineering and Unit 24 to Drynham Project Management Ltd.
New five- and six-year leases were agreed on the 981sq ft to 3,996 sq ft units with the rents quoted being from £6,375 to £9,500 per annum.
The Northacre Industrial Park is located on the south-western edge of the town of Westbury and has access via Storridge Road.
It lies directly opposite the well-established 174-acre West Wilts Trading Estate (latest occupier Welton, Bibby and Baron, the UK’s largest paper bag manufacturer) and nearby the town’s mainline station.
Northacre Industrial Park is the newest Industrial Estate in Westbury, providing a total of 60 acres industrial land with the main site infrastructure completed.
Occupiers at Northacre Industrial Park include The Royal Mail, Westbury Dairies, Tech Prep, ALH Systems, Theraposture Ltd, Hills Group and Roger Bullivant Ltd amongst others.
