Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, has expanded its London team with the appointment of Louise McElarney as Director within the Lease Advisory team.
Louise joins from Cluttons where she was Head of Lease Advisory. Starting her career over 30 years ago, Louise has worked at several London and South East property consultancies, including CBRE, as well as client side for the Corporation of London.
Louise has been based in London for the last 20 years advising on all types of business space. Recent projects include rent reviews on office space in central London, including The City, Mayfair and Victoria; industrial premises around London in Park Royal, Slough, Heathrow and Dartford and in the wider South East in Milton Keynes, Huntingdon, Farnborough, Folkestone and Theale.
At Avison Young, Louise will be working with the lease advisory team on rent reviews, lease renewals, restructures and other asset management issues for both landlord and tenant clients. Her clients have included charities, colleges and livery companies as well as financial institutions, property companies, corporate and SME occupiers
