Midlands property consultancy Innes England has bolstered its property management team with the appointment of Joe Cable as a surveyor.
Joe joins from Everards Brewery where, in his role as assistant estates manager, he honed his skills in development appraisals, acquisitions and disposals and project management.
Innes England, which has offices in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, is continuing to expand its team across the region as part of its continued strategy for growth.
Joe said: “Innes England are a great firm and well respected across the Midlands and I am really looking forward to gaining a wider range of experience, especially having made the jump from in-house to agency.
“The challenge of multiple and varied clients is something I am ready for and I can’t wait to get fully stuck in and use my experience to help the team.”
Joe has more than six years’ experience in the property sector where he gained valuable knowledge of both commercial and residential property sectors. He previously graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a RICS accredited masters’ degree in planning and property development.
Gary Woodward, director and head of property asset management at Innes England, said: “Joe joins us at an exciting time of growth at Innes England. The Derby office in particular has seen many new hires in recent months, reflecting the increased levels of development within the city and the returning confidence across the region as a whole.
“Joe has excellent experience in project, property and asset management and we are delighted to welcome another promising member to the expanding management team.”
