Two new national businesses have been attracted to the region’s most successful trade business park in Shrewsbury – Morris Properties’ Vanguard Park in Battlefield.
Hire Station Ltd and JP McDougall & Co Ltd, trading as Dulux Decorator Centre, have recently moved into the latest phase of high specification units which boasts stunning full height glazed frontages, ample parking and excellent transport links.
Toby Shaw, partner at Towler Shaw Roberts who is marketing Vanguard Park on behalf of Morris Properties said it is its excellent reputation as the town’s premier trade park that generates such a high level of interest and uptake.
Hire Station Ltd, which specialises in tool hire for industry, construction and DIY, and have more than 50 branches across England, Scotland and Wales, has relocated its Shrewsbury base to the new unit which extends to 3,240ft² at Vanguard Park.
Mr Shaw said: “We are delighted to have completed the letting of Unit B to Hire Station Ltd. They underwent a very extensive fit out and recently opened for trading.
“As a well-known, established company with many branches around the country, they represent another exciting addition to Vanguard Park.”
Units 19 D and E, totaling 4,140ft² have been let on a 10-year lease to JP McDougall & Co Ltd, trading as the Dulux Decorator Centre.
