Pure Offices has announced the appointment of Nathalie Lomas as Centre Manager at its new serviced office centre at Port Solent in Portsmouth.
Nathalie will initially be based at Lakeside North Harbour Business Park (which is part of the same group as Pure Offices) until the new centre opens in March 17.
Previously an office manager, Nathalie will be responsible for the day to day running of the offices and marketing the centre to the local business community.
The business centre will have approximately 60 offices ranging from one person suites through to offices for over 20 people. The largest office on the ground and first floor will be over 1,000 sq ft and some will be ‘executive offices’ with their own internal rooms.
The centre is in an excellent location, just minutes from the M27, fronting the A27 and at the entrance to the Port Solent Marina Village (which as well as being a marina, also boasts a cinema and a variety of restaurants and cafes). The centre is also close to a Tesco Superstore and other local amenities.
The Centre will provide smart offices with fast unlimited business broadband, great break out space, car parking and 24/7 access.
