Cushman & Wakefield’s London Project Management and Consultancy team has boosted its strength with the appointment of Edward Gregg as Partner, who joins from JLL.
Edward, who has focused on large-scale fit outs during his 19-year career – particularly in the banking, finance and insurance sectors – jointly led the JLL London fit-out team and has a string of successful and high-profile projects to his name.
These include the 220,000 sq ft fit-out and relocation of four national newspaper titles from Wapping to Thomas More Square; various trading floor projects in Canary Wharf towers; the office, front of house and client broker facilities of numerous city insurance companies and an extensive campus refurbishment for a leading software company on Thames Valley Park, Reading.
Of his joining Cushman & Wakefield, Edward said: “I have enjoyed winning and working on fit-out projects for some of London’s largest and most complex projects for recognised blue chip companies. I am now looking forward to making full use of my knowledge and experience to undertake the most challenging but exciting projects available”.
Nic Wilkinson, who leads Cushman & Wakefield’s London Project Management and Consultancy team, said: “We’re delighted to have someone of Edward’s exceptional ability on board. Our project management team lead by Robert Beaumont, are involved in many of London’s highest profile occupier fits outs and Ed will significantly further enhance our capability in this sector. This hire follows Mark Dedman joining in the summer to lead our new build and heavy refurbishment team.”
