A third occupier has now moved into the Lakes Business Park at St Ives.
The International Prayer Palace Church have taken a lease of Unit A, a 6,975 sq ft building situated at the front of the site. The building will be used for administrative offices and also for congregational meetings which are held at weekends. This is the third building at the Lakes to be occupied and some 30,000 sq ft of new development has taken place on the site in the last 18 months.
There is a further 10 acres of land to be developed at the lakes with detailed planning consent for buildings, ranging in size from 2,000 sq ft to 56,000 sq ft; although larger buildings could be accommodated.
