Two more units, totalling 70,000 sq ft of prime new industrial warehousing space, have completed at St. Modwen’s £150m commercial development, Access 18, in Avonmouth.
Pete Davies, Senior Development Manager South West, for the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, says:
“These two new units have been speculatively built in response to growing demand for premium quality commercial space in the South West. Available for sale or rent, the units will suit organisations looking for up to 35,000 sq ft of floor space in order to re-locate or expand operations along the M5 corridor at junction 18. Access 18 is already home to a growing portfolio of large operators including national paper distributor, Antalis; catering suppliers, Nisbet PLC; greetings card manufacturer, Budget Greetings Cards and most recently Hermes Parcelnet Ltd and Kent Foods.”
In the last 12 months, St. Modwen has sold/let over 80,000 sq ft of units in response to local market demand.
The joint agents on the scheme are Alder King and Knight Frank.
