Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Joep van de Vorstenbosch to lead a new team focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing strategic investments across its EMEA business
Joep joins from Canaccord Genuity Group where he advised pan-EMEA real estate clients on corporate finance and M&A activity. Prior to this Joep, who is Dutch, worked in real estate investment banking at Citi and Deutsche Bank.
In these roles, Joep worked with a variety of real estate companies on a wide range of transactions, including M&A, financial restructuring and equity / debt capital markets transactions. At Cushman & Wakefield, Joep will lead a newly-created EMEA Corporate Development Group supporting key figures in in the firm’s EMEA leadership team.
