Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced two promotions at its Leeds office. James Hewson has been promoted to Associate Director in the Valuation team and Daniel Moon to Senior Surveyor in the Building Consultancy team.
James joined LSH as a Graduate Surveyor in June 2012 and achieved chartered status in October 2013. Since then, James has established himself as a Valuation Surveyor and has extensive knowledge of the Yorkshire & Humberside market. Furthermore, he has developed a diverse client base spanning the private and public sectors including local and corporate banking institutions, developers, local and regional high net worth investors, property companies, institutional funds and government backed operators.
Having worked for a year at Ryedale District Council as a Building Surveyor, Daniel joined LSH in August 2011 as a graduate in the Leeds office. Daniel moved to the firm’s Sheffield office in 2013 and became Chartered the same year. After returning to the business from a sabbatical break to travel in May 2016, Daniel joined the Leeds Building Consultancy team and is working with a number of the firms established clients and some more recent ones that he has been instrumental in bringing to LSH.
Jon Anderson, Head of Office at LSH Leeds, said: “James and Daniel’s well deserved promotions are in response to the ongoing commitment they have shown in making the firm one of the leading commercial property advisers in the region. We have a greater breadth and depth of expertise than most of our regional competitors owing to our diverse range of specialisms, and it’s this dedication from James, Daniel and the rest of the Leeds team which helps us maintain this status.”
