Olim Limited have completed the acquisition of a Public House in Stafford’s main shopping street, on behalf of a discretionary fund management client, for £1.2m at a net initial yield of 6.8% with fixed rent increases.
The property is let to JD Wetherspoon plc on a full repairing and insuring lease until July 2041, with a break clause in July 2026.
