Following a comprehensive marketing campaign by FHP Property Consultants, the sale of the commercial premises and yard at Heanor Road, Loscoe in Derbyshire has now completed. The premises have been purchased by Rollstore, as part of their expansion. Rollstore are situated on the Heanor Gate Industrial Estate and are a leading supplier of materials handling equipment to a growing number of high profile customers serving both the local and European markets.
