Following a comprehensive marketing campaign by FHP Property Consultants, the sale of the commercial premises and yard at Heanor Road, Loscoe in Derbyshire has now completed. Comprising a former maintenance depot, the premises include offices and staff facilities of some 3,933 sq ft situated on a very large yard and occupying a prominent position on Heanor Road.
The premises have been purchased by Rollstore, as part of their expansion. Rollstore are situated on the Heanor Gate Industrial Estate and are a leading supplier of materials handling equipment to a growing number of high profile customers serving both the local and European markets.
