CBRE’s Liverpool Office Agency team and joint agent Hitchcock Wright and Partners, have confirmed three new tenants at Honeycomb and further lettings at Helix following the recent transformation and rebrand of the two major Liverpool office buildings by the Palladium Group.
The new tenants at Honeycomb include HitSearch, a Digital Marketing Agency, which has taken 2,600 sq ft on the second floor, Talento Recruitment who are now occupying 852 sq ft on the second floor, and tax advisory company, RM Burke who has leased 486 sq ft on the second floor.
Following the latest trio of lettings, the Honeycomb building is now 70% occupied with only four suites remaining, two of circa 750 sq ft, a ground floor suite of 2,334 sq ft and the top floor suite with private roof terrace, which is currently under refurbishment.
These lettings follow initial take up from occupiers across Helix and Honeycomb namely Liverpool Law Society, Resolve Energy, NYAS and Unity Print.
Located on Old Hall Street in Liverpool’s Central Business District, the two adjacent buildings offer a total 40,603 sq ft of office accommodation. The properties have recently undergone a major refurbishment with the completed office buildings now able to offer tenants contemporary office accommodation along with showers, a roof garden, bike storage, a breakout area and meeting spaces.
Existing tenants include Sainsbury’s Supermarkets, Matthews & Goodman and Haskoning UK.
The properties are situated close to Moorfields train station which connects to Liverpool Lime Street. Nearby occupiers include Hill Dickinson, RSA, Travelodge Central, Fazenda, Starbucks, Liverpool, Daily Post & Echo and Radisson Blu.
