Developer Robert Hitchins Ltd has thrown open the doors of its newly-refurbished PS21 office complex in the heart of Bristol which is now available to let.
Thirty five commercial property agents attended the official launch at 21 Prince Street, former home of the TSB and bought by RHL last year.
The four-storey building has undergone a significant refit and now provides 15,188 sq ft of office space complete with air conditioning, shower facilities, bike stores and 16 parking spaces.
The offices will suit a variety of occupiers and will be available in suites from 1,593 sq ft up to 15,188 sq ft.
Letting agents are Andy Smith from Knight Frank in Bristol and Peter Martin from CBRE.
The main contractor for the refurbishment was Barnwood Construction.
Senior Development Manager for Robert Hitchins Ltd, Michael Plimmer, commented that this central location next to Queens Square and Bristol’s Harbourside area has seen significant investment in the last two years, leading to demand from the technical, media and telecoms sector.
“These vibrant businesses want accommodation that offers a creative environment. What we have done is to create modern offices with a contemporary feel which we are sure will appeal to Bristol’s active occupier market.”
The offices at 21 Prince Street were the former home of TSB’s 300 finance, communications and HR staff until 2015.
The acquisition by Robert Hitchins Ltd was one of four in Bristol in the last year as the company expands its investment portfolio. The other three are Building 220 in Bristol Business Park let to Babcock; the regional HQ of Handelsbanken at Parkway, Stoke Gifford; and 2540 Aztec West.
