Central Convenience Stores has further expanded its presence in the south west with the acquisition of a Convenience Store & Post Office in Plymouth.
Best One Convenience Store in the Stonehouse area of the city has been snapped up by the fast-growing chain after it was put on the market for £199,950.
The new store represents the 94th branch launched by Central Convenience Stores and is further proof of its growing appeal.
Boasting customer car parking and 1,500 square feet of retail space, the Plymouth store provides high turnover having previously had weekly sales of more than £20,000.
The sale was handled by Devon based commercial property specialists Charles Darrow.
Director Paul Heather said: “This purchase will further strengthen the Central Convenience Stores portfolio across the south west.
“They are always looking to boost their presence and this store proved the perfect purchase for them.
