NTS Retail Ltd has recently completed on the letting of a former BP Petrol Station in Bridgwater, Somerset in record time. From first inspection to legal occupation was less than 1 week. The previous tenant was vacating and NTS Retail were able to act promptly to prevent the site siting vacant.
NTS Retail, who were formed by Nalliah Tharyaparan (Thaya) back in 2012, are expanding rapidly with two further acquisitions expected to complete shortly.
“There were 3 other bidders on the table and I had to demonstrate I could move quickly” said Thaya, who is looking for further expansion opportunities.
Mark Frostick from Rapleys, who acted on behalf of NTS Retail, commented:
“There is a lot of competition for sites and the ability for a party to move quickly is always going to be looked on favourably.”
