Market leading Software-as-a-Service company, Cypad has acquired the entire fourth floor of Monarch House, Queen Charlotte Street to continue their expansion.
Cypad provides software to over 60 local authorities and commercial caterers. It is the choice for school kitchen management and data collection in more than 3,000 school kitchens UK wide and for monitoring services in over 5,000 sites worldwide. Following their success, they have moved into Monarch House, located in the heart of the Bristol city centre, close to Queens Square.
The new offices provide 2,848 sq ft, including 2 car parking spaces and a gigabit connection to the internet. Cypad has acquired the premises on a new 5-year lease at a commencing rental equating to £14.00 per sq ft.
