Leading creative digital consultancy, Wattle has expanded into newly refurbished office space at Bath Road Studios in Bristol following a period of continued growth.
Wattle has taken an additional 840 sq ft of space at Bath Road Studios and now occupy 1,230 sq ft in total.
Founded in 2012 by David Abraham, Wattle brings a strategic, creative approach to software and technology. The team has expanded year on year and are currently supporting local organisations such as the City of Bristol College with web based development projects.
On behalf of the landlord, Alistair Parry of Ashville Asset Management, said “We are delighted to be able to help with the expansion of Wattle within the building. It is great to see a company grow so quickly due to the flexibility and variety of office space we have available to both existing and new tenants.”
He continued: “Bath Road Studios is a landmark creative business hub in Bristol, providing a contemporary and collaborative working environment which caters for all requirements and helps businesses to grow, as demonstrated by Wattle.”
David Abraham of Wattle commented: “As our business continues to expand we have been able to lean on the continued support of the Bath Road Studios team, by ensuring that we are centrally located with access to the city centre and train station. We have been well placed to win and service contracts that has ultimately facilitated our growth. We are very much looking forward to many more years of success at Bath Road Studios.”
Part of the office scheme is currently undergoing refurbishment to create design led office spaces, complementing the existing range of practical and flexible office space. The development also has an abundance of parking and a healthy onsite café.
Joint agents Cushman & Wakefield and JLL are marketing the available office accommodation providing suites from 76 sq ft up to 1,766 sq ft.
