Harris Lamb has appointed Jonathan Aspinall as an Associate Director, working as part of the business’ property management team.
Jonathan joins the business from Cushman & Wakefield LLP, where he spent eight years overseeing a team of property managers.
Jonathan, who will be based at Harris Lamb’s Birmingham office, joins an established team of 12.
Richard Fantham, director of the business, said: “This is a key appointment for us and we are delighted that Jonathan has agreed to join us. He has an excellent reputation within the industry and a proven performance record for expertly managing property portfolios and generating fee income.
“Having been based in Birmingham for the past 10 years, he has extensive regional knowledge and has developed a strong relationship with national clients. His passion for implementing new practices and systems to improve service and efficiency is something we’re particularly keen to encourage as part of our ongoing business development plan.
“Jonathan will join a team which currently oversees a number of national properties and portfolios, sharing his expertise and insight with them to help develop the team and grow the department’s instructions. We’re confident he will be a huge asset to the business,” he added.
Jonathan, who has also worked at GVA in Birmingham and Workman LLP in Manchester, said: “I am excited to be joining a strong, local firm that is growing and has an excellent reputation within the industry.
