Cushman & Wakefield has promoted 46 staff to Associate and Associate Director in its EMEA business, across a range of markets, skill lines and functions.
Ben Johnson, part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol-based Project Management and Consultancy team, has been promoted to Associate.
Ben provides advice and services, including project monitoring, contract administration of building contracts, investor due diligence and occupier surveys, dilapidations advice and negotiation, and Modern Equivalent Valuations and Remaining Useful Life Assessments.
Ben is currently providing advice to Ovo Energy Limited in relation to their new office fit-out in Bristol.
