You will be working across a wide range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with a sector-leading client base including well-known industry names.

Due to expansion and in response to our new business strategy, we are looking for:
– Guildford – Senior Building Surveyor/Associate: Contract Administration
– Guildford – Associate Building surveyor: Party Walls & Dilapidations Expert
This part of the business delivers services to significant projects into the £billions, through project management, scheduling, cost management, estimation and finance. You will be working on some significant high profile procurement that would be a great talking point in years to come: “I was involved in that!”
For these roles, you will be 5+ years’ post-qualification with expertise in either Contract Administration or Party Walls and Dilapidations from a commercial background, ready to take your career to the next level and develop your own service line.
