Cushman & Wakefield has promoted 54 staff in its UK business including five promotions for its Birmingham office.
Joe Williams from the Cushman & Wakefield Residential team, Alan Vandrill and Andrew Harris both part of the Project Management & Consultancy team have all been promoted to an Associate.
Sally Peet also of the Project Management & Consultancy team and Zoe Wood from the Asset Services team are now both Senior Surveyors.
